Our company manages short term vacation rental homes and long term rentals in and around our targeted areas, both furnished and unfurnished. We also serve all surrounding active adult communities, such as Del Webb Spruce Creek Golf and Country Club, Spruce Creek South, Stonecrest, and many others.
We have multiple offices in Ocala, Mount Dora, The Villages areas and have experienced property management staff to service all your needs. Dale is a long-time resident of Marion County and a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS degree in Business Administration. He has been licensed in real estate since 2003 and is currently a broker/associate. His other work experience includes positions held in lending, banking, education, and coaching. Outside of work, Dale enjoys time with his family, live music, and traveling. Dale has a great team alongside him who are excited to help you achieve all of your real estate and property management goals!

Susan Hill is truly ajack of all trades! She serves as the Administrator for the Ocala Property Management Team and has been a valued member of our company for nearly two decades. With over 30 years of experience in the property management industry, Susan brings a well-rounded and diverse background, having worked closely with clientele in a variety of settings.
Known for her thoroughness and willingness to help, Susan is always quick to answer questions and guide clients through every step of the process. Before joining RE/MAX Premier Property Management, she worked as an Office Manager at an assisted living facility and with the Jacksonville Bar Association. However, she soon realized her true passion lies within the property management industry.
Born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, Susan has called Ocala home since 2006. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with her family and her two beloved fur babies.

She has been living in Florida for over 30 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Saint Leo University, and a bachelor’s in science major in Accounting from Yucatan University, also she studied Business major in accounting in science at the College of Florida Keys. She brings well over 30+ years of accounting experience. She prepares reports on behalf of property owners, processing tenant’s payments, and vendor payments.
She sets up our owner & tenants accounts online access. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling, crochet and knitting.

With a background in helping home buyers and sellers find their real estate match, Miranda now keeps our world running as our Maintenance Coordinator. She brings a well-rounded perspective to property management. She’s fast, detail-obsessed, and dedicated to making sure every task is handled with care. estate license.
Before joining the team, Miranda earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice because at one point she thought she’d fight crime, not clogged drains. But destiny had other plans, and she soon realized her true passions were real estate and home decorating. She’s now working toward her real
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she moved to Florida in 2016 and never looked back. When she’s not working, you can find her rearranging décor just for fun, tackling new house projects, or trying to relax with her husband and their two Great Danes, who are absolutely convinced they’re lap dogs and make every day just a little bit more entertaining.

Linda is an amazing asset to our team. She is an accomplished Administrative Assistant known for providing exceptional organizational support. With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, Linda excels at preparing documentation and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.She resides in Ocala, Florida since 2019. In her free time, she enjoys reading, movies and traveling.

Born and raised in Florida, Julie Rodriguez brings over 30 years of real estate experience to RE/MAX Premier Realty Property Management. She began her career at just 19 years old and has since built a strong reputation grounded in dedication, results, and a deep understanding of the Florida market. With an additional 25 years of experience in politics, Julie leverages her communication skills, strategic thinking, and extensive network to guide clients smoothly through every step of the real estate process.
