We also allow our Owners the accessibility to provide their own preferred maintenance staff or vendors. Any fees over the specified and agreed on amount we do require approval from the Owner prior to moving forward. This is why our clients love to work with us!
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

In order to keep renewal rates high, and protect the quality and value of your investment, the property will be maintained and repaired as needed. We understand the importance of corrective maintenance and keeping the property in good physical condition.
Your property will be inspected and you will be notified of any issues requiring attention. We will handle ordering all preventative and corrective maintenance. In the event of a larger, extensive or expensive repair, we will handle gathering estimates and they will be presented to you.
