We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and vendors for our maintenance scenarios. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us. We also allow our Owners the accessibility to provide their own preferred maintenance staff or vendors. Any fees over the specified and agreed on amount we do require approval from the Owner prior to moving forward. This is why our clients love to work with us!

Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

Well Maintained Properties Increase Renewal Rates

In order to keep renewal rates high, and protect the quality and value of your investment, the property will be maintained and repaired as needed. We understand the importance of corrective maintenance and keeping the property in good physical condition.

Property Inspections

Your property will be inspected and you will be notified of any issues requiring attention. We will handle ordering all preventative and corrective maintenance. In the event of a larger, extensive or expensive repair, we will handle gathering estimates and they will be presented to you.

We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing. Our Owners have the ability to customize their reporting to fit their needs.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will help you. We do not cover any eviction fees but we manage the process and we have specialized attorneys that would be provided to the owner.

Professional Photography

Not included in management fees. Professional photography is optional. We highly suggest Owners to have professional photography done especially for our Vacation Rentals. Please contact your local property management office for more details.

24/7 Portal Access

Our property management service offers 24/7 portal access to our tenants and owners. With this feature, they can easily access important information such as lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests at any time from anywhere, providing a convenient and efficient way to manage their properties.
