Are there any hidden fees?
No. BE WARE when shopping property management companies, many charge hidden fees when wiring funds. Here at RE/MAX Premier we do not charge a fee to wire funds. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
We do not specialize in section 8 properties. -
Are you licensed?
Our specified "long-term" property managers here at RE/MAX Premier Realty Property Management are licensed REALTORS®. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. Each Property Management division provides our owners and tenants with proper contact information if the need arises. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, with no hidden fees. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes. All owners will be provided with a hard copy and digital copy of the lease(s) and are available through your online tenant/owner portal. Please contact our office with any further questions or concerns. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. RE/MAX Premier Realty is one of the Top Producers here in Central Florida. We are here to help all clients with their property management and real estate needs. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Monies will be transferred into your account every month. Deposits are made either the 10th or 15th of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants have access to an online portal where payments can be made and/or collected at the Corporate Office. Rents must be submitted to the office correlated with that territory. Money cannot be submitted to sister offices.

How long of a lease do you sign?
12 months.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Can vary. At least one month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we receive all completed documents sent from our Property Managment Team- can be as soon as today! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single Family Residences, Condominiums, town-homes, and multi-family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Reports can be received through the owner portal. Reports can be customized to the owners desire and the frequency of when it is to be received. Management can also help owners set up these reports as they desire. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Your local Property Management office.
